 The special, open ring of the Italian jewelry brand Piero Milano can be worn either as a wedding ring on its own or with an engagement ring. The rail holds a diamond of almost 0.1 carat, which, supplemented with a solitaire, just fits the center stone. The 18-karat rose gold ring is also available in white gold and yellow gold.
